Residential tower

Aikya Signature is a stand-alone residential tower at Tardeo, in the heart of South Bombay.  This tower is personified by its geometric linear design and is supported by the sustainable systems which were organically incorporated into the design. An important aspect of this system is the façade of the building which is engineered in a way to protect the indoors from the tropical Mumbai climate. The east west orientation of the building provides ample  north light to the main living areas. This orientation of the building also naturally ventilates the structure. Vancouver is a city that ranks at the top positions of places with excellent living conditions globally. During the last decade it has promoted a modern urban planning initiative called “Vancouverism”. This plan aims to make Vancouver the greenest city in the world, based on the values of sustainability! Caption 1770 Pendrell is a part of this philosophy. Warehouse Asia, a fully integrated logistics and industrial facility company in Thai Stocks Market, was as known as WHA. The new 25-storey head quarter of WHA corperation locates in Bang Na, the gateway to Eastern Economics Corridor of Thailand. The WHA Tower is designed by award-winning Palmer & Turner (Thailand) and facade lighting is designed by world-wide engineering consultant company Meinhardt (Thailand). The unique and outstanding architectural design, enhanced by classy and luxury facade lighting at night, the pixel light are installed along the icon glass facade and the top crown. The practicality of vertical living meets the comfort of an urban townhouse in this sixteen-storey residential condominium rising on a 586 square meter lot in an upscale neighborhood in San Juan City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Each of the twelve luxurious residential flats is housed on its own exclusive and unique floor with a generous area of 258 square meters per unit. The new gateway to the south, our residential project Shadowplay, with developer BPM, is a fluttering, kinetic sculpture that celebrates its location – a playground of creativity and commerce in Melbourne’s Southbank. Like a silk scarf caught in a breeze, Shadowplay’s façade drips with a paradox of opulent weightlessness: a woven, undulating silver surface that is both there and not there, flowing over the strength beneath of its angular silhouette. This building appears almost alive – the pulsating surface contains gills created by the undulations of the façade, channeling and dispersing the south-west prevailing breeze. Aurora Melbourne Central is a new metropolis, an integrated mixed use precinct with an alluring and seductive yet technologically advanced form. The proposed building has a rich fusion of Malay culture and Melbourne eccentricity, reflecting Melbourne’s position as a primary international south East Asian city. In this way we can create a metropolis that doesn’t have to be hard and gritty but rather has an organic softness.The hybrid form and plan of the tower is drawn from the hibiscus flower, a species constantly reproduced in Malaysia to create new, exciting colours and textures. You can now find every piece of Victoria in our new building Victoria One, on the edge of Melbourne’s CBD. Our first project with developer Golden Age marks the next chapter in Elenberg Fraser’s story of rejuvenation for Melbourne’s northern corner. The form and façade of this mixed-use tower recalls Victoria’s famous landscapes – the gardens, waterfalls, rainforests, waterways and beaches that make up this southern state. The main elements of the architectural design conception are elegant contemporary style, aiming to a unique life experience for the visitors of this state-of-the-art tower in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. While the building is characterized by non-uniformity, as there are continuous changes on the layout of the storeys as the building rises, the structure remains stiff and notably rigid. The most difficult and intricate part of the building is the subversive facade which impresses with its curvature. Reflective panels scatter and refract the light, creating an illusion in the form of a jewel.
