Studio Marco Piva has been selected for the reconstruction of Torre Antonini, the skyscraper that caught fire in Milan on August 29, 2021, leaving 80 families homeless. The project, whose work should start by the beginning of  summer 2023, is planned to be completed between 2025 and 2026. This new build is located in a small commercial street in the centre of Algés, just outside Lisbon towards Cascais. The design seeks to elevate the building, by creating a void on ground level, thus sustaining the building between the two neighbouring buildings. This void creates a rich atmosphere for the pedestrian street and allows for parking for the residential flats. Rivoli Hotel located in crowded area next to Kramat Raya street, east Jakarta, with street’s length of 50 m. It standing on a 1500 sqm land in hook position, with only 16 m width facing south and 97 m length facing west. Within early construction phase, this area had already have existing main stake columns on one floor high construction. 99 COMMONS is a reinvented workshop tower in Tuen Mun designed to revitalize the aging industrial town by gathering a community of young entrepreneurs and creatives. We distilled elements from the surrounding nature, such as the iconic Castle Peak, the blue sky, the tree branches, and the Light Rail, to inform the design and crafts of the façade and lobby interior. JCB collaborated with Australian artist Matthew Johnson to design an extensive art facade concealing an existing four level carpark structure at Chadstone Shopping Centre. Peter Bennetts Matthew’s painterly approach to the facade captures the motion of flowing fabrics, a nod to Chadstone’s identity as Australia’s fashion capital. Aksdalbygget (Aksdal Building), is the new exclusive headquarter for Hatteland on the west coast of Norway. It is a building with very high environmental credentials. The building encorporates significant energy saving systems and creates a low carbon footprint. To achieve this goal Aluinvent was the natural decision as a facade material to adorn this building. The concept of the Crystal Park Tower residential complex project is a combination of quiet nature and residential buildings near the park named after Pushkin in the center of the capital. Therefore, our task was to emphasize with light the natural component inside the residential complex, which makes it one whole with the surrounding park environment. We avoided excessive daylight, which contributes to the light pollution of the domain. At the same time, the warm tones of the lighting are selected in such a way that the building fits into the warm tones of the surrounding nature.
