Being a global leader of digital transformation, Schneider Electric SE aimed to create an experience centre which can cater to the immersive digital experience for their customers. Our team at Rubenius adopted parametric modelling to execute this intricate yet riveting experience. @Rubeniusinterior @Rubeniusinterior We embedded the space with lights which are anamorphically placed to give a nuanced view of how energy travelled. We have used top notch devices which are functional and durable to integrate automation and IOT to the space. The design of the space is inspired by the concept of "light," and features a hexagon-inspired core that houses six power sources representing the six modes of energy generation. Inspired by the concept of water, which is associated with good fortune in Chinese culture, the international architecture practice, 10 Design’s (part of Egis Group) design proposal for the Qianwan Financial Headquarters mimics a series of cascading waterfalls which defines this new tower in the cityscape of Qianhai in Shenzhen, China.As the waterfalls cascade down into the urban plaza, the tower form pulls back to express the primary structure. The Downtown South Raleigh Masterplan is a large-scale scheme located in North Carolina for Kane Realty Corporation. The mixed-use development comprises offices and residential areas in addition to hospitality, retail and leisure space. The proposal includes the design of a 20,000-capacity football stadium and a VR centre designed to further enhance the urban development of the south end of Downtown Raleigh.
